HLK-ESP32 is a general Wi-Fi+BT+BLE MCU uart wifi module,capable and usable,It can be used for low power sensor networks and demanding tasks.For example, voice coding, audio stream and MP3 decoding,etc.
This module’s core is ESP32 chip,t is extensible and accurate.Two CPU cores can be controlled separately. The regulation range of clock frequency is 80 MHz to 240 MHz. The user can cut off the CPU power, and use the low power processor to monitor the state change of the peripheral or whether some of the simulation amount exceeds the threshold value. ESP32 also integrates many peripherals, including capacitance touch sensor,hall sensor,low noise sensor amplifier,SD card interface,Ethernet interface,and high speed SDIO/SPI,UART ,I2S and I2C,etc.

CPU And RAM

The ESP32-D0WDQ6 includes two low-power Xtensa® 32-bit LX6 MCUs. On-chip storage includes:
•448-kB ROM for program startup and kernel function calls.

•520 kB on-chip SRAM for data and instruction storage (including 8 kB RTC flash memory).
– RTC flash memory, 8 kB SRAM, can be used for data storage and access by the main CPU during RTC startup in Deep-sleep mode.

• RTC slow memory, 8 kB SRAM, accessible by the coprocessor in Deep-sleep mode.

•1 kbit eFuse with 256 bits for system-specific (MAC address and chipset); the remaining 768 bits. Reserved for user programs, these programs include Flash encryption and chip ID.

External Flash And SRAM

The ESP32 supports up to four 16 MB external QSPI Flash and SRAM, with AES-based hardware encryption to protect your programs and data.
•ESP32 accesses external QSPI Flash and SRAM through cache. Up to 16 MB of external Flash is mapped into CPU code space, supporting 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit access, and executable code.

•Up to 8 MB of external Flash and SRAM are mapped into the CPU data space and support 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit accesses. Flash only supports read operations, SRAM can support read and write operations.

•The HLK-ESP32 integrates 4 MB of SPI Flash, which maps to CPU code space, supports 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit access and executes code. The pins GPIO6, GPIO7, GPIO8, GPIO9, GPIO10 and GPIO11 of ESP32 are used to connect the module integrated SPI Flash,Not recommended for other functions.
